Planning and Budget

The Planning and Budget Unit is responsible for determining the resouces necessary to support the existing and growing offender populations. The unit develops and executes the department´s Long-Range Construction Plan  to ensure appropriate institutions are in place to house offenders entering the sytem.
 
The Planning and Budget Unit consists of an administrator, the Budget Office personnel:
 
The Budget Office is responsible for managing and coordinating the department´s resource identification, budget development, and monitoring activities.
