Salem, Oregon (November 1, 2001) - Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) has announced the receipt of a $30,000 grant from Administration for Children and Families, Office of Community Services, through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide training and technical assistance to community action agencies. The $30,000 award is an opportunity to provide training through Federal funding as part of our Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). The grant will be combined with state and local resources, enabling the department to develop tools to assist community action agencies in the implementation of Results Oriented Management Accountability (ROMA) systems.
