Notice of Public Comment Period
The State of Oregon is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to the 2011 Action Plan, 2012 Action Plan, the 2011-2015 Consolidated Plan and Oregon's Citizen Participation Plan to reflect new requirements for the HEARTH Act/ESG.

The public comment period for the program amendment begins Wednesday, April 4, 2012 and ends at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 4, 2012. Notice of Amendment of Rulemaking
This is to notify you that Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is in the process of adopting amendments to permanent Oregon Administrative Rules for the Community Development Incentive Project Fund. The rulemaking amends the application process and review requirements for participation in the program.
A public hearing has been scheduled to receive comments on this proposed amendment on March 21, 2012. Comments will be accepted until April 6, 2012.
The department has temporary rulemaking in place that will expire on April 12, 2012.

The rulemaking amends existing rules to reflect program requirements, industry standards, and ensures consistency with statutory requirements of the program.
