Housing PLUS Report The Housing Permanent Living Utilizing Services (Housing PLUS) initiative was funded by the Oregon Legislature in 2007 and included eighteen agencies and their partners throughout the state. The initiative includes a balance of rural and urban settings encompassing a broad spectrum of persons who are experiencing homelessness due to mental illness, addictions, physical disabilities, domestic violence, as well as economic marginalization from lack of education, skills, or work experience. Housing and services are available to single adults, families, and homeless or runaway youth.
