Dispute Resolution services for manufactured communities and mobile home parks
The Manufactured Communities Resource Center (MCRC) can help with dispute resolution. The MCRC Program staff are knowledgeable about the unique living situations in manufactured dwelling parks. When issues or concerns arise our staff can facilitate a cooperative working partnership between parties. Additionally, when appropriate, staff may refer parties to a community dispute resolution center (CDRC) in their area.
Community dispute resolution centers provide mediation services at no charge to residents of manufactured dwelling park communities. Mediation is a process that enables people in conflict to reach mutually satisfying resolutions with the help of an impartial their party.
