Instances of fraud, abuse, or any inappropriate use of ARRA funds should be reported immediately to the Oregon Secretary of State Audits Division.  Comments will be kept confidential.

  The Section 1602 Tax Credit Exchange Program grant requires grantees to have a policy on fraud, waste and abuse.  This email serves as the notification of our policy to comply with the requirements of the grant:

Oregon Housing and Community Services staff are directed to immediately report any indication of fraud, waste, abuse or potential criminal activity pertaining to Section 1602 grant funds to US Treasury and the cognizant Treasury inspector general. Reporting contacts are listed as follows:
