Individuals and organizations throughout Oregon are "Setting the Standard" in developing affordable housing, offering programs and providing services to meet the daily needs of lower-income Oregonians. Through the OHCS Excellence Award programs, their accomplishments are being recognized on a two-year cycle during events such as the Oregon Housing Conference and the Community Action Director's of Oregon Poverty Conference.
